    在保修期内，如果产品因质量问题而损坏，我们将免费提供更换部件。但是，本保修不包括因操作不当或不正确而造成的损坏。在这种情况下，用户有责任购买更换部件进行维修。

    我们提供 16 个月的延长保修服务，并 提供全天候在线技术支持。

    保修条款与条件：

    • 对于购买日期可验证的产品，保修期为自购买之日起 16 个月。

    • 如果无法核实购买日期，保修期为自制造商发货日期起 18 个月。

    • 在保修期外，我们为所有逆变器提供终身有偿维修服务，无论其在何时何地使用。

    保修不包括
    本保修不包括以下原因造成的损坏：
    • 操作与用户手册相反。

    • 自然灾害，如火灾、洪水或异常电压。

    • 未经授权的自行修理或改装。

    • 恶劣的环境条件造成损坏，导致逆变器老化或故障。

    • 购买后运输或储存不当。

    • 未能对安装、布线、操作和维护条件进行客观、实际的描述。
